These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of orph software products (including MONOCHORD and PLUSH) through orph.audio. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Our products are downloadable audio plug-ins (VST3, AU and/or Standalone) and related digital content. System requirements are stated on the product page; please check compatibility before purchase.
A contract is formed when we confirm your order. Products are delivered digitally: after successful payment you receive a download link and/or a licence key by email. Delivery is normally immediate.
Prices are shown on the product page in [ currency, e.g. EUR ] and are final at checkout. [ VAT statement — e.g. “incl. statutory VAT” or the § 19 UStG small-business note ] Payment is processed by [ add: payment provider, e.g. Stripe / Paddle / Gumroad ]; their terms apply to the payment itself.
Your use of the software is governed by our Licence Agreement (EULA). The purchase grants the licence described there; it does not transfer ownership of the software.

Statutory warranty rights apply. To the extent permitted by law, orph is not liable for indirect or consequential damages; this does not limit liability for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body or health.
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.
All product names, trademarks and registered trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used for descriptive purposes only. Names refer to the sonic character that inspired each sound. MONOCHORD and PLUSH are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any listed manufacturer.
