Because the software is delivered immediately and cannot be returned once downloaded, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds for change of mind. Please review the system requirements, and try any available demo, on the product page before you buy.
As a consumer you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. For digital content this right expires once delivery begins, in line with Art. 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (§ 356 (5) BGB). At checkout you:
As every purchase is delivered straight away on this basis, no withdrawal-based refund applies once the download has started.
Your statutory rights for defective digital content remain unaffected. If a product will not install or run on a system that meets the stated requirements, contact support@orph.audio and we will help you get it working.
