When you subscribe to receive PLUSH or our newsletter, we store the email address you provide in order to send you the download link and occasional product updates. This data is processed by our email provider (Brevo / Sendinblue GmbH) on our behalf. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email, after which your address is removed.
The site and downloads are served by Bunny.net (BunnyWay d.o.o.), which processes standard server log data (IP address, browser type, time of request) to deliver content and protect against abuse. Download links are personal, time-limited tokens generated per signup.
Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email support@orph.audio. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
