This policy explains what data orph.audio (operated by orph) collects, why, and your rights. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the site and deliver our plugins.

When you subscribe to receive PLUSH or our newsletter, we store the email address you provide in order to send you the download link and occasional product updates. This data is processed by our email provider (Brevo / Sendinblue GmbH) on our behalf. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email, after which your address is removed.
The site and downloads are served by Bunny.net (BunnyWay d.o.o.), which processes standard server log data (IP address, browser type, time of request) to deliver content and protect against abuse. Download links are personal, time-limited tokens generated per signup.
We also record aggregate, country-level download statistics (the country a download request comes from, provided by our CDN) to understand where our tools are used. No IP address is stored for this and no individual is identified.
Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email support@orph.audio. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
By default this site uses only technically necessary local storage (e.g. your cookie choice itself). If you enable the Marketing option in the cookie bar, embedded videos are loaded from YouTube (Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) when you press play, using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). In that case Google may process your IP address and set cookies; details in Google’s privacy policy. Without this consent, videos play from our own servers and no data is sent to Google. Your choice is stored locally on your device and can be changed here at any time:
